About Cylindrical Air Filter Housing
We offer compressed air filterswith range of removal dirt, dust, rust, condensate, moisture content, exhaustfumes and oil impurities. We design compressed air filter with variousparameters of compressed air like flow rate, line size, operating pressure,Operating Temperature, and Filtration Rating. We offer compressed air filter withAluminium, CS and SS housings. Compressed air filter elements made of variousfilter medias like paper, synthetic, polyester, pp, coalescing, borosilicateglass fibre, activated carbon, HDPE, non-woven, stainless steel wire mesh, sintered bronze, sintered wire mesh and sintered powder. We also offer scrubbersystem for moisture separation from compressed air.
Compressed air filters classified under below categories.
MS Moisture Separator
For the removal of 99% of bulk oil/waterremoval from the compressed air.
SB Pre Filtration
Sintered bronze filter elements for removalof pipe scales, bulk liquid, solid p[articles, dust down 5 micron. This filterelements available in 5, 10, 25 and above microns.
PF High Efficiency Fine Filter
For the removal of particles down to 1 micronincluding coalesced liquid water and oil, dust, providing a maximum remainingoil aerosol content of 0.5 mg/m at 21 C.
UF High Efficiency Oil Removal Filtration
For the removal of particles down to 0.01micron including oil aerosols, dust, providing a maximum remaining oil aerosolcontent of 0.01 mg/m (0.01 ppm) at 21 C efficiency 99.99% (install inseries with filter type PF). [Borosilicate glass microfibers filter mediawhich actively repel oil to reduce pressure drop and running cost to anabsolute minimum.]
AC Activated Carbon Filtration
For the removal of vapour and hydro carbonodours giving a maximum remaining oil content of <0.003 mg/m (<0.003 ppm) (excludingmethane) at 21 C (install in series with filter type PF + UF).

FAQs of Cylindrical Air Filter Housing:
Q: How do I select the right mesh size for my applications air or gas filtration needs?
A: Mesh size choice depends on the particulate size you aim to capture during filtration. If you require fine filtration, opt for lower micron values (as small as 0.01 micron). For less critical filtration, larger mesh sizes (up to 6000 micron) are suitable. Our experts can guide you based on your industry, contaminant type, and desired purity levels.
Q: What materials are available for the cylindrical air filter housing, and what are their benefits?
A: Our housings are available in Aluminium, CS, MS, SS304, SS304L, SS316, SS316L, and SS317L. Stainless steel options are ideal for corrosive or hygienic settings, while Aluminium is lightweight and corrosion-resistant. CS and MS suit standard industrial applications requiring structural strength.
Q: When should I replace or service the cylindrical air filter housing?
A: Replacement or servicing intervals vary with filtration load and environment. We recommend routine checks as per your process demands, or according to manufacturer guidelines. A noticeable drop in airflow or increased pressure drop signals the need for cleaning or replacement.
Q: Where can the cylindrical air filter housing be installed?
A: These housings are designed for flexible installation in various industrial environments across India and globally. Suitable locations include facilities needing air and gas filtration, such as manufacturing plants, laboratories, processing units, or HVAC systems.
Q: What is the process for ordering customized cylindrical air filter housing?
A: To order, simply provide your specifications (material, mesh size, color, and usage). Our fabrication team will advise, design, and manufacture the product to your requirements. We handle both standard and bespoke orders for exporters, fabricators, service providers, and end-users.
Q: How does using these housings benefit my air or gas filtration processes?
A: Using our cylindrical filter housings enhances filtration efficiency, protects downstream equipment, and ensures compliance with emission or quality standards. Their customizable options also allow precise integration into your processes, boosting reliability and reducing operational costs.
